The safety and health of everyone working in our plants is of the upmost importance. As such, we strive to create a secure and healthy work environment by obeying safety ordinances and corporate standards.

In order to accomplish this:

1. we recognize that creating a safe and healthy work environment is achieved through thorough communication, and respectful consultation with employees, as well as their participation.
2. we shall not only obey laws, regulations, ordinances, and other agreements concerning the safety and health of our employees, but shall set goals to address the following activities. We shall work to ensure all employees and managers understand these goals in order to accomplish them.

   - Raise awareness of occupational safety and health through education and training
3. we shall properly implement required measures in accordance with the occupational safety and health management system, and cooperate with employees to continuously improve the safety and health standard.
4. we shall continuously carry out risk assessments to prevent occupational accidents.
5. we shall continuously improve the security of the work environment through the investment of appropriate management resources.
