TEIKOKU Metering Pump

This reciprocating pump produces higher head than centrifugal pumps with high metering accuracy in the very low flow range.
The pump head is completely sealed, suitable for handling toxic or combustible hazardous liquids, high-temperature liquids, high melting point liquids, liquids that emit a foul odor and liquids that change in quality when exposed to air.
It can handle slurry and high-viscosity liquids.

Features
■ COMPLETELY LEAK-FREE
The pump head is completely sealed, allowing leak-free pumping of toxic or combustible hazardous liquids, high-temperature liquids, high melting point liquids, liquids that emit a foul odor and liquids that change in quality when exposed to air.
Available in two diaphragm materials: PTFE and metal, selected according to the operating environment, including pressure, pumped liquid properties and temperature.
■ HIGH METERING ACCURACY
By varying the stroke length, high flow rate accuracy is achieved over a wide flow rate range.
In addition to manual stroke adjustment method, option for selecting either pneumatic or electric actuator is available to suit site requirement.

■ MAINTENANCE
By reviewing the stroke adjustment design and construction of each valve, the number of parts has been reduced for ease of maintenance.
PTFE diaphragm type comes standard with a diaphragm breakage detector, allowing the pump status to be monitored externally without disassembly.

Can be custom designed to meet international standard API 675.
■ MULTIPLE PUMP HEADS PROVIDE WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
Pump heads can be increased to meet higher flow rates.
It is possible to operate each pump with the same stroke length to reduce pulsation,
or to adjust the flow rate independently to feed different raw materials or catalysts in the required quantities.
