Canned Motor Sludge Crusher
Utilizes a canned motor to drive the crusher to help clear blockages in process lines.
Solid materials are crushed by the action of cutter blades, directly attached to the motor shaft, that rotate at high speeds (1000-3600 rpm).

Features
■ EASILY CLEAR CLOGGING DUE TO SOLIDS
A single crusher avoids the need to stop the process to manually remove solids accumulating at the bottom of the tank or in drain pipes.
■ POWERFUL CRUSHING BY UTILIZING CANNED MOTOR
Solid materials are crushed by cutter blades spinning at high speeds (1000-3600 rpm).
■ VERSATILE INSTALLATION
Three types of installation methods are available for efficient crushing: direct tank installation, line installation and pit installation.
・Tank bottom installation type
The crusher is installed directly in the tank to crush solids that accumulate on the tank bottom.
・Line installation type
Crusher is installed in the tank's drainage line to crush solids during drainage.
・Pit installation type
Pit is installed at the tank drain to collect solids and a crusher installed in the pit crushes the solids.
